The vision was clear from the start—Hayley wanted to create a safe, empowering space for Women of Color to thrive in corporate settings, overcoming mindset challenges and embracing their authentic selves. The focus was on designing an engaging handbook that felt like an essential companion, providing practical, actionable strategies for success.
Creating an Impactful, Relatable Brand Experience
The challenge was twofold: design a handbook that would capture the emotional and professional needs of WOC while also building a community where women felt safe and motivated to share their journeys. The branding and content needed to resonate deeply with the audience, allowing them to see themselves in positions of power and influence.
Designing Confidence, Building Community
Iaculus embraced the opportunity to create a product and brand experience that was both powerful and emotionally resonant. We focused on designing a community-driven platform and handbook that felt invaluable right from the start. The visuals centered on WOC in powerful poses, illustrating them building the New York skyline—symbolizing the strength and unity of women shaping their world.
Handbook Design: We developed a captivating handbook filled with actionable tips and strategies to help WOC navigate corporate challenges, all while promoting confidence and personal growth.
Community Design: A space was designed where women could come together, share their stories, and support each other through their corporate journeys.

Within just two days of the website launch, The Authentic Confidence Lounge ranked 10th for Best Seller in the Women in Business and Economics category. The immediate success was a direct result of the strong emotional connection created through the brand, the community-focused messaging, and the immense value provided by the handbook.
